About Us

Kullbergska Hospital is a smaller hospital that provides a sense of community where individuals with different competencies work together in an open dialogue. The outpatient care is organized under one of the region's women's clinics. Midwifery clinics are located throughout Sörmland, both in hospitals, health centers, and family centers. The same premises also house the maternity clinic, Gyn/Sesam clinic, and ultrasound services. This creates an unbeatable cohesion, community, and development opportunities for you. We are currently looking for a midwife for our midwifery clinic at Kullbergska Hospital. There are opportunities to rotate to family centers in Flen, Vingåker, and Nävertorp.

Your Responsibilities

With us, you will work independently in a varied and stimulating environment in close collaboration with midwifery colleagues, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and doctors. In your role as a midwife, your tasks include telephone counseling, cervical screening, parent groups, regular visits to the midwife during pregnancy, and contraceptive counseling. Rotation to family centers may occur.

Your Qualifications

You are a licensed midwife with prescribing rights. Previous experience in obstetric care and/or maternal care is considered an advantage for this position. As a person, you are used to working independently, have good communication skills, and are clear in your interactions with patients, relatives, and colleagues. You are confident in your professional role, able to structure your workday, and collaboration with others is a given for you and a prerequisite for your job satisfaction.

Employment Type

Permanent full-time employment or as agreed, with start date according to agreement.
